I left my purse there, and we went in after hours and thank god Romeo (I believe), a manager, was there and he helped me look for my purse. He took my name and number and he called me about 20 minutes later after he had looked through the security cameras. He was one of the kindest managers I have ever met. He was so helpful to me. 100/10 for Romeo!!
Not only was the staff amazing but the food and drinks tasted amazing too! We loved the fact that the manager stopped by our table, as well as others, to insure that everything was good.
Haven't been here in a while and I really need to come more. It's always so busy, but today we were able to get in pretty quickly. The waitstaff was great from the get go. Right away took our drink order and gave us bread and peanuts. The table and restaurant were clean and the atmosphere was welcoming. We both ordered the 12 oz ribeye with baked potato. Both of us had side salads. Starting with the bread, it was warm and fresh, but wasn't a fan of their cinnamon butter. The salad was ok, wasn't too keen on the ranch. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The baked potato as well was very good. Overall it was a great dinner. Again, the staff were great and food was good. Honestly, 10 times better than longhorns.
We went to the one in Novi. Service was excellent. We did the early bird dinner. 6 oz Sirloin, sweet potato with the works, bowl of chili, Herb encrusted chicken breast with a house salad and baked potato butter and sour cream. We got the onion blossom. It was good. The chicken had way too much seasoning on it, it was overwhelming. Took away from the chicken. Had it before and it was great, less spice. Both Potatoes were excellent. My husband enjoys their chili. The service was great, it was our 27th Anniversary and they hooted and hollered for us. Dinner was fun. We will go back to use up our $5 gift card.
Late family Dinner - midweek day Service and food are normally great. The price is always right. The mood and atmosphere is always a bit louder than normal, but it's great fun and food! Always seems like a big party going on here, they do stay pretty busy!
